How often do you brush your teeth? once, haha I guessed right. Well, I’m also one of you that brushes once a day, before living the house for daily hustle. It’s a big mistake we do, hiding behind the excuse. “by the time I get home mtu ukua amechoka sana( someone is always very exhausted)

Doctors worldwide recommend you brush your teeth with good toothpaste at least twice a day. This is essential for healthy and bacteria-free teeth. At this point, we say goodbye to traditional methods like charcoal, miswak sticks, and baking soda. Simple dental care tips like changing your toothbrush every three months, visiting the dentist, flossing, and tongue cleaning will keep your oral health great.

A smile changes everything. For you to have that confident look and smile,

There you go.

There you go.

Pepsodent triple protection is one of the toothpaste I would recommend as your oral care partner. With just one brush you are guaranteed;
Naturally white teeth
Extra freshness
Protection against cavity, it fights cavity y’all 😉

I have humbled all thanks to Sajeki to be among Kenya Medical Association and Unilever Kenya, that took to the ground, camping for two days educating fellow members of the society in the heart of Mathare grounds on matters of health.

Doctors were brought on board to give free medical services to the people of Mathare. From consultation to laboratory services to free medicine for every member who visited the tents.

Isn’t it amazing that all these services were free?
Free dental checkup
Free Pepsodent toothpaste
Free meds
Free  legal advice on matters of health especially abortion
Free entertainment from Mathare residents imagine free skits, and well-choreographed dance routines honestly, Mathare people are rich in talent.

I already miss the early mornings, the Sajeki teamwork in setting up the banners, the music, interacting with the area youths, and the kids, the energy brought out by the kids was mind-blowing. Mary and I ended up being referred to as Aunty hehe. It was only two days but felt like a minute. Mathare, you have a special place in my heart with love 🙂

The energy!!
